As promised yesterday, here’s the view you get standing up on that rooftop terrace of the Circus Hotel. The photo was taken with my cell phone camera using a “panorama” setting that made the panorama photo as I took the it (as opposed to having to stitch it together later on the computer). I have adjusted the settings a little on the computer, though, to try to make the super-bright sun on the right a little less bright, but it’s still pretty washed out.
That’s the Berlin TV Tower (Fernsehturm Berlin) with a big round thing on it.
See what you think.

P.S. The title of this post was inspired by an old song by the Drifters. Of course, I’m talking here about being up on a specific roof, while they are singing about being more generally Up on the Roof. 😉
You are amazing! How do yo get so much interesting stuff out of seemingly so little?
This is meant in a very positive sense. enjoy them all.
Gee, I didn’t think the Drifters were part of your era. In my single days I danced many times to their, “Save the last dance for me.” I still like the song.
