This blog is for family and friends who would like to follow the latest adventures of my husband, Chris, and me.
We are are a couple in hi-tech who decided, a few years ago, to move to Bolzano-Bozen, Italy from Vancouver, BC, when CC got a job at a research institute in Italy. Our 3+ years in Bolzano are chronicled in the separate Two to BZ blog. In September 2011, Chris got a new job as a visiting professor in Computational Linguistics at the University of Tübingen. So, we packed up and headed off to Germany. Chris will again have the day job; I will again focus on doing the laundry, paperwork, and grocery shopping … just as soon as I learns a few words of German. 🙂

Just got back from Florida — we were there for 8 days. Went to Disney World. Forgot how commercial it was. What was I thinking 😉

P.S. – Beautiful fall here in Vancouver. It’s sunny and cold outside. The rain hasn’t been toooooo bad so far. Heard it’s supposed to be a really cold winter. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t include a ton of snow 🙂
