Lessons Learned
One day last week, as I was home in the late afternoon, I glanced out the window and discovered that the weather had turned. It was pouring rain. Since it had been a sunny day before that, Chris had set off to work in the morning without an umbrella. So, I decided to dash out to bring him an umbrella – it was a true downpour at that moment. After giving him a quick call, I shoved my wallet and my cell phone into the pockets of my rain jacket, grabbed an umbrella and headed out the door of our 2nd floor apartment. Continue reading
