Seeing Red

In English, the expression is that March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, or vice versa. I would say Germany at the beginning of March came in more like a snow leopard. On March 9th Chris and I left Tübingen by train. It had been cold and gray in Tübingen that morning. It started as a bit of a joke. For years Chris and I have said that the one thing we have to have on our trips by to the U.S is a Fribble at a Friendly’s restaurant. Here and there

Here and there … that’s going to describe where Chris and I are going to be the rest of this month. We’re travelling a bit in Germany – Chris is an invited speaker at a conference, then after a break back in Tübingen it will be a quick dash to the U.S., and then back to Tübingen, followed by another German city where Chris will give yet another invited talk.
