On Saturday I went on a field trip with my history of Baden-Württemberg class to visit the House of the History of Baden-Würrtemberg museum. There will be at least one post about that museum, but this isn’t it.
I’m taking a short class on the history of Baden-Württemburg, the region of Germany we live in. This region is only 60 years old, having been formed by popular referendum in 1952.

So the train that pulled into the Tübingen station as I was standing on Platform 2B at 12:58pm on Friday was a rather long train, with at least 5 cars and probably more. This surprised me.
