The snow situation seems to be getting worse by the minute in the U.S. Northeast – hope things settle down there soon! To mark the notion of all that early snowfall, today I offer a photo I took last week here in Tübingen of a snow-covered tree.
The catch is that it hasn’t snowed here in Tübingen at all.
Which means, of course, that the photos of the “snow-covered” tree below are the result of a little bit of digital dark-room magic that happened as I played with the photo on the computer. The leaves on the tree were in reality a bright yellow; I’ve included a photo with the leaves as they really were gallery below as well.
