In the distance on the right is the Tuileries Garden; the arch you see here is the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, not the more famous Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile that is on the other side of the gardens (and not in this photo). The Eiffel Tower can be seen on the left.
