Banner and Fountain at the Neue Aula Plaza, Tübingen

Doesn’t it look like the banner is being “blown” aside by the water in the fountain? It also looks like the cloth banner has gotten wet. The banner was really just blowing in the wind — and it was dry, since it wasn’t raining.

But what a fun illusion!
